Greetings from Guam!

I hope all is well back in the States! It's been a little over 4 months since I've been here on Guam and boy, the time is FLYING by! I wanted to take this time to re-connect with you and share some of things that's going on with my business...

ANOTHER Name Change...What does it mean for you?

Yep! I know it's crazy but everytime I move I have to deal with bank accounts, LLC paperwork, etc. so this is what I'm going to do:

My new business name is Revelry Design Studio. (I'll expand upon that in a new intro email later...) I've changed it again so that I can incorporate another business of mine under it. Just getting all of my ducks in a row!

I don't want anyone to be alarmed by the name changes and moving - it's still just me! However, I'm hoping to become a better at the business end of all of it and upgrade my billing software (which you know is MUCH needed), offer more services and be overall more organized. This will save us ALL more time and money! Woo hoo!!

Business as usual?

Absolutely! I've been working with my clients from day 1 since I've moved! No real changes in production time, however, communication is KEY! Please continue to email me as this is THE best way to contact me. We are a day ahead of you here in Guam so it's important to give me completion dates and important details.

From now on, all email will be directed through the Revelry Design Studio site, therefore, when you send an email to an old address, the response will come from stacy@revelrydesignstudio.com

The nitty gritty.

The next invoice you receive will have my new info on it, however, the payment process will be a little different. Payments are now being processed via PayPal. But, what if you always pay by check?? No worries! You can set up a FREE PayPal account and have it link directly to your business checking account. You DO NOT need to have any money in PayPal as it can be deducted directly from your account. Since it comes out of your business account, your statement will show the payment and all is accounted for - SO EASY! Of course, you know me and I will be more than happy to discuss other options or help out with PayPal. Just ask me!

I know there will need to be some transition time for some of you so if you need to pay by check in the near future, PLEASE make checks payable to me, STACY ARAIZA.
